Contact Us

We value your input. Whether you've found a bug, have a feature request, or want to suggest a new tool, we're here to listen and respond.

General Feedback

Your feedback helps us improve. If you have suggestions for new features, improvements to existing tools, or thoughts on how we can better serve the developer community, we want to hear from you. Every piece of feedback is reviewed by our team and considered for future updates.

The fastest way to send feedback is through the feedback button on any tool page — click the feedback button on the right side of the screen. This automatically includes context about which tool you were using, which helps us understand your suggestion better.

Suggest a New Tool

We're constantly expanding our collection of tools. If there's a developer utility you need that we don't currently offer, let us know. We prioritize tool requests based on community demand, practical utility, and feasibility of browser-based implementation.

When suggesting a tool, it helps to describe:

  • What problem it solves — what task are you trying to accomplish?
  • Current alternatives — what tools do you currently use for this task?
  • Expected inputs and outputs — what data goes in, what should come out?
  • Privacy requirements — does this need to run entirely client-side?

We've added many of our most popular tools based on user suggestions. Your ideas directly shape the platform.

Report a Bug or Issue

If a tool isn't working as expected, we appreciate detailed bug reports. The more information you provide, the faster we can identify and fix the issue.

When reporting a bug, please include:

  • What you were doing — the steps that led to the issue
  • What you expected — the result you anticipated
  • What actually happened — the actual (incorrect) behavior
  • Your browser and device — Chrome 120 on Windows, Safari on iPhone, etc.
  • Error messages — any console errors or on-screen error messages
  • Sample data — if applicable, the input that triggered the bug (redact any sensitive data)

All tools process data locally in your browser, so we cannot reproduce issues with your specific data. Clear reproduction steps help us test fixes efficiently.

Questions About Usage

If you're unsure how to use a tool or need help with a specific workflow, check the tool's FAQ section and related guides first — most common questions are answered there. Each tool page includes step-by-step instructions, tips, and related articles.

For questions not covered in our documentation, reach out via email and we'll do our best to help. While we can't provide one-on-one technical support, we're happy to clarify how tools work or suggest the best approach for your use case.

Email Us Directly

For all inquiries — feedback, bug reports, tool suggestions, partnerships, or general questions — you can reach us at:

webutilslyce@gmail.com

We read every email and respond to messages within 1-2 business days. For urgent issues (like a tool producing incorrect results), please include "URGENT" in the subject line so we can prioritize your message.

Legal & Compliance

For legal inquiries, DMCA requests, or compliance questions, please email us at the address above with "Legal" in the subject line. We take legal matters seriously and respond promptly to legitimate requests.

For privacy-related questions or data protection inquiries, please refer to our Privacy Policy first, which covers data collection, cookies, third-party services, and your rights in detail.

Data Processing Notice

All tools on WUS process data locally in your browser. We cannot recover, access, or view any data you process through our tools. If you encounter a bug and need to share sample data for debugging purposes, please redact all sensitive information before sending it to us.

We do not store tool inputs, outputs, or usage data on our servers. Analytics data (page views, device type, general location) is collected anonymously through Google Analytics to help us understand how the site is used and where to invest development effort.
